Before you pay

The final payable total and any applicable taxes or charges are disclosed before payment confirmation. Department and institutional pricing is provided through a custom quote and agreed before purchase. We do not charge shipping fees.

Course credits and renewals

Individual teaching packs are one-time purchases for three course creations. Each new course uses one credit permanently, including a course created from a template. Deleting or archiving does not return it; restoring the same archived course does not use another credit. Buy another pack when needed. AI Plus renews monthly and can be cancelled from AI plans. Previous teaching subscriptions and their cancellation status remain visible in Billing.
