How to raise a concern
Email the officer using the subject “Grievance — Teaching Assistant Pro”. You may also submit a written complaint through WhatsApp or by post. A person affected by hosted content may complain even without an account.
- Your name, a reply contact, and account email if applicable.
- What happened, when it happened, and the outcome you are requesting.
- For payments: the purchase, amount, and transaction or subscription ID.
- For content: its URL or course/session location, the concern, and relevant evidence with unrelated personal information hidden.
Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary identity documents. If we need to verify your identity or authority, we will explain what is needed.
What happens next
Consumer complaints: we acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and resolve the complaint within one month from receipt. The 48-hour period includes weekends and public holidays. We record your complaint, share a reference, and communicate the outcome to your reply contact.
Privacy requests: we acknowledge your request and address privacy grievances within one month, or any shorter deadline required by applicable law. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information or that you are authorised to act for someone else.
Hosted-content complaints: where the IT intermediary rules apply, we acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within seven days. Applicable shorter removal deadlines take priority. Mark concerns involving intimate images, impersonation, child safety, or immediate harm as urgent and include the content location.
If further information is needed, we will tell you what is missing and keep you informed. Asking for information does not extend a statutory deadline.
If you need to escalate
Reply to the acknowledgement with your complaint reference and explain what remains unresolved. You retain the right to approach the appropriate consumer commission, regulator, court, or other competent authority without completing an internal escalation first.
Consumer support is also available through the National Consumer Helpline. Where applicable, an eligible appeal about an intermediary grievance decision may be made to the Grievance Appellate Committee.
